How to Book
- Request For Proposal/Price (RFP) should be submitted through email to info@baliweddingassistant.com with couple real names, number of persons to attend, religion, nationality, and estimate wedding date.
- We will respond your email within 48 hours or up to a week during high-season.
- We will check venue and vendors availability based on your estimate wedding date. No booking being made at this stage yet.
- If you agree with the rates and arrangements and venue/vendors are available for your wedding date, then we will email you a booking/order form request to be signed and return to us and an invoice for deposit (subject to venue and vendor’s policy).
- Once we got your signed booking/order form and deposit payment. We will raise a payment receipt for the deposit. This means your booking is secured for your requested date.
- If we don’t get your return signed booking/order form and the payment, we will not make any bookings and no delivery of services.
Note:
- Such venue and vendors have different booking terms and conditions. Please contact us for further information.
- Booking/Order request less or within 30 days before the wedding date, we consider it as last minute booking and full advance payment will be required to secure the booking and subject to venue/vendors availability.
- We do our best to respond your email as soon as possible, we appreciate if you could understand that we don’t work 24-hour and most of events are on weekends. If you have an urgency issue, please send us text/sms to +62 815 5800 0837.
